After a relatively short wait, the Nürburgring Nordschleife can be driven on PS5 or Xbox Series X|S within Assetto Corsa Competizione.
Following an announcement last week, today (2nd May), the Nürburgring 24hr Pack DLC for Assetto Corsa Competizione is now available for console sim racers.
Released for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, the pack includes the illustrious Nürburgring Nordschleife the Grand Prix loop-combining endurance racing layout.
Like the PC release one month ago, all existing cars can be driven around the Green Hell, during the day or night, with dynamic weather and the qualifying ‘joker lap’ shortcut.
Converted by Untold Games, one difference between the versions is a reduced car grid, with 30 (including you) the maximum for offline AI racing, compared to 50 on PC.
The 24H Nürburgring Pack for Assetto Corsa Competizione costs €12.99 / $12.99 / £9.99 for either console. On PS5, at least, a matching patch has also been released weighing in at 2.708 GB for version 1.009.010. No changelog has been published at the time of publication.
Update, 3rd May - It appears several users have taken to social media highlighting that the DLC only functions on Xbox if your console is in offline mode, and also brought to our attention by community member Trebor901. We aim to update you once we hear that this has been resolved. This issue does not seem to affect PS5 owners.

If you're thinking of buying it then don't bother. They've released an update which then gives an error and the game isn't playable unless you put your console in offline mode.

29 opponents nothing has changed. That's as much as the console versions can cope with.

Also worth pointing out that kunos/assetto corsa seemingly ignoring the issue haven't even put out anything saying they're aware of the issue which is properly poor considering it's stopping the game even launching.

Someone with influence in the community needs to properly report on this because every comment on their social pages is about this error and still no acknowledgement. They clearly don't care about console players at all. And it's the fact there's thousands of people that will have bought this dlc and xbox don't do refunds on dlc.
It's more the fact that there's been absolutely no acknowledgement of the issue by kunos. Its also not a server issue as all the servers came out of maintenance yesterday evening and it hasn't fixed the issue. Right now it looks like they've just taken the money from sales and are running with it. Granted a fix might not happen overnight but it should have at least been acknowledged.
